The jury and the winners of the Film Prize of the Robert Bosch Stiftung for International Cooperation
The goEast jury gave one of its two special mentions to production designer Cristian Niculescu for his work on Quod Erat Demonstrandum. Producer Ada Solomon from Romania, Mirsad Purivatra from Bosnia-Herzegovina (Festival Director of Sarajevo IFF) and Stefan Kitanov from Bulgaria (Festival Director of Sofia IFF) represented the Balkan countries in the Jury of the Robert Bosch Stiftung for International Cooperation Prize - a prize allowing young East European filmmakers to co-realize their projects along with young German filmmakers. The documentary The Wellness Process, its director Marius Iacob as well as the producers Irina Andreea Malcea and Christian Popp were awarded one of two prizes of the Robert Bosch Foundation.

Another side of this year’s festival was the political crisis in Ukraine, creating a different dialog between Russian and Ukrainian filmmakers through various discussions about films and was followed with great interest by the audience.
