After nine days of screenings, script-pitchings and arragings of future colloborations, the 13th Transilvania International Film Festival ended last night awarding its favourite artists and films for 2014.

Balkan films and professionals awarded:

Viktoria by Maya Vitkova was awarded the Special Jury Award, in amount of 1.500 euro offered by HBO

Tudor Cristian Jurgiu and Ana Ularu

The Excellence Award was given to actor Florin Zamfirescu

Romanian Days Award for Best Feature Film, in amount of 6.000 euro (in post-production services) offered by Cinelabs to The Second Game by Corneliu Porumboiu

Romanian Days Award for Best Short Film, in amount of 1.500 euro, offered by Jameson and one shooting day offered by MediaPRO Studios to Iulia Rugina΄s Dying from a Wound of Love

Romanian Days Award for Best Debut, in amount of 1.000 euro, offered by Raiffeisen Bank to The Japanese Dog by Tudor Cristian Jurgiu

Special Mention of the Short Film Jury in the Romanian Days for actress Sofia Nicolaescu from It Can Pass Through the Wall by Radu Jude

The Let’s Go Digital! Award for Best Film produced in The LGD! Workshop, offered by UPC to Arta este..., by Naomi Nadaban, Teodora Modoi and Antonela Bob
Transilvania Pitch Stop (TPS) Awards
Transilvania Pitch Stop Development Award in amount of 2000 euro cash award offered by TIFF to Father Moves Mountains, directed by Daniel Sandu

Transilvania Pitch Stop Post Production Award, 5000 euro worth post production services offered by Abis Studio & ColorGrade to Marita, directed by Cristi Iftime and produced by Ada Solomon, HiFilm
The Transilvania Film Festival Fund (TFFF) awards:
Fifteen Zero Thirty Three by Iulia Matei – a grant in cash in amount of 3000 euro

Opening by Cristina Grosan – grant in amount of 3000 euro (post-production services) offered by Digital Cube

Compatibilități by Alexandru Capatoiu - grant in amount of 3000 euro (post-production services) offered by Cinelab Romania
Local Competition Award, in amount of 3.000 euro (in post-production services), offered by Digital Cube to Adidași mărimea 36 by Gabor Lorand

Special Mention in the Local Competition, in amount of 300 euro, offered by Fabrica de Pensule to the film Veghe by Cristina Hanes
