The 17th Shanghai International Film Festival was held from 14 to 22 July 2014 in China. The great winner of this year΄s edition was the Greek director Pantelis Voulgaris and his film Little England.

Little England amazed the jury and audience and claimed the top prizes of the festival. The film won three Golden Goblets, including Best Film, Best Director and Best Actress for Pinelopi Tsilika΄s performance as Orsa.

The President of Thessaloniki International Film Festival, Iannis Smaragdis, made an announcement congratulating Pantelis Voulgaris for his success at SIFF and thanking him for his contribution to the Greek Cinema.

Shanghai International Film Festival is China΄s only non-specialized competitive international film festival and it is accredited by FIAPF.
