In the evening of Sunday, 24th of April, Crossing Europe Film Festival Linz awarded the prizes to the winners of the festival’s 13th edition.

Crossing Europe Award for Best Fiction Film was shared among the films Babai by Visar Morina and Baden Baden by Rachel Lang (Belgium/France, 2016). The winners were offered €5000 each, powered by Linz Kultur & Land Oberoesterreich/Kultur.

Svetla Tsotsorkova with her film Thirst fascinated the audience and won the Crossing Europe Audience Award for Best Fiction Film which comes with €5000, powered by gfk-Gesellschaft für Kulturpolitik OÖ.
