Eight countries from the Balkan Peninsula again join forces under one Regional Pavilion, to present their film industries to the world.
This is the third time in a row that film and industry representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Macedonia FYR, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia will have the chance to get connected, exalt their work and cut new production deals. You can find them at the Regional Pavilion (Pavilion SEE, no. 133, Village International) in Cannes Film Market.
The Film Market is the business counterpart of the Cannes International Film Festival and one of the largest film markets in the world. More than 11.000 participants and around 4.000 films and projects are presented in 2012.
The Film Market will also screen sixteen feature-length live-action films that already completed their national cinema distribution circuit and are aiming for international placement.
