Eurimages, the European Cinema Fund, at 25/6/2012 announced funding for the second time this year and 17 European co-productions, four of them, from Balkan countries, were supported for a total amount of 5 530 000 Euros.
At its 127th meeting held from 19 to 22 June 2012 in Copenhagen, the Board of Management of the Council of Europe΄s Eurimages Fund agreed to support 17 feature films, four of them from the balkan countries. In addition to the first meeting, the balkan projects which are funding from Eurimages climb to 13.

There are 4 deadlines each year for co-production, distribution and digitisation support. For this year the dates are:
13 January 2012, 20 April 2012, 27 August 2012 and 22 October 2012 and the Board of Management takes its decisions during the meetings of 07-09 March 2012, 19-22 June 2012, 16-18 October 2012 and 11-13 December 2012, respectively.
At the date of submission of the support application, 50% of the financing must be confirmed for each co-producing country.
