The 16th Festival of Slovenian Film that took place from 11 to 15 of September in Portorose was concluded with the film Class Enemy being declared the big winner. The film won seven Vesna Awards, including the Best Film Award, the Teleking Audience Award and the Critics Jury Award. The other four prizes are Best Cinematography for Fabio Stol, Best Costume Design for Bistra Borak, Best Actor for Igor Samobor, Best Supporting Actress for Natasa Barbara Gračner.

Marko Santic won the Vesna Award for Best Director for his film Seduce Me and Matjaz Ivanisin won the Vesna Award for Best Script for Karpopotnik which he also directed.

Nejc Gazvoda`s new film Dual left with two prizes, Nina Rakovec won the Vesna Award for Best Actress and Monkey Cup Dress won the Best Music Award.

Best Supporting Actor Award was given collectivelly to all three actors Dino Hajderović, Ivan Pasalic and Jernej Kogovšek  for the film Čefurji Raus directed by Goran Vojnović. Vesna for Best Editing went to Miloš Kalusek for Approach Parasite, or Who is Marko Brecelj? The film is directed by Janez Burger and also won the Best Documentary Award. 

Zoran, My Idiot Nephew won Best Production Design Award and Best Minority Co-production Award. Barbara Zemljic who directed the film Panic!, received a Special Mention.
