Senada and Nazif live in poverty with their two daughters in and old, remote Gipsy village Poljice. Senada estimated on her own that she is about five months pregnant with their third child. She doesn’t have health insurance or the money for visiting private doctors, so she usually doesn’t visit doctors at all. After Senada feels pain and starts bleeding, Nazif takes her to the health center in Lukavac. Doctor determines that it is a disturbed pregnancy and that the baby is dead. He gives them a referral to urgently go to Tuzla Clinical Center. However, doctors in Tuzla refuse to help her unless Nazif pays 980 KM for the surgery..
