Dritan Shkaba back from the liberation war opens several school classes all over the deeper highlands of Northern Albania. His antogonist are Dom Pali a priest and some bands remained in the mountains fighting the state-power. Dritan fights against the old custom holding the girls closed in their houses and prepares as a teacher one of them Rudina. Dritan is murdered inside the school.
