Plot
The film which takes place in a small southeastern Anatolia town in 1974, recounts the town people’s struggle with concepts like poverty, love, happiness and distance as well as trying to realize technology when they get acquainted with television for the first time in their lives. Having reflected the joyful and sad stories of the townsfolk who try to keep up with the changing conditions, the film bears lasting impressions about the recent past of Turkey.
