Through the course of life, George Crocus (executed by the Germans on May 1st 1944) and Dimitris Christoulas (on 4/4/2012, a deeply political and symbolic act, ending his life in front of the Greek parliament ), gives us the opportunity to analyze the current economic and humanitarian crisis in Greece and the economic policies adopted by the Third Reich during the Second World War, identifying common practices and goals, against the backdrop of the deaths of millions of people.

Historical facts will help us to shine a light on the present. To understand how political mechanisms can exploit or even create financial crises in order to achieve their goals. And finally, to ask how far are the plans that led humanity into World War II from those resulting in the crisis we are experiencing today.
