The one, who invented the weapon, is a Bulgarian that goes by the nickname of Himika. He has received part of the sum in advance from an English billionare. They have to meet in Sofia and close the deal. In the meantime, Kutrum is aslo on the scent of the bomb. The situation is about to explode when he finds Mrs. Georgieva in a country far away from Bulgaria, where the supposed detonator is.
