Plot
In 1959, in Romania, six former members of the nomenklatura and the secret police organize a hold up of the National Bank. After confessing, the robbers agreed to re-enact their crime. An hour-long film was made in which they duly played themselves. At the end of their trial, they are sentenced to death and executed. In 1960 the film “Reconstruction” by Virgil Calotescu was released, after the execution of its main characters.
