The aim of the film is to highlight the life and work of a patrician artist, Panagiotis TETSIS, who has marked contemporary Greek painting of the 20th century. Thus, through an unequaled chromatic arsenal of which the creator possess and which central figure himself together with art historian Liberty Polyzou, a life devoted to art is unraveled. Moreover, his extended creative career is outlined, via historical retrospection, testimony as well as critique from specialists or not. Lastly, during the film, a pleiad of representative pictures is exhibited which derive from his thematic entities, starting from “The Early Works” (1940-52). There is no doubt, that the Hydrean Panagiotis Tetsis is a genius in the field of painting.
