"Avala Film" is Serbian oldest film company, that has produced over 200 feature films. In recent years, however, instead of film production, it only deals with office renting. Current authorities ignore all efforts to get company out of crisis, and the whole complex of “Avala Film” will probably be sold to real estate agents. The film author analyzes – thorough interviews with filmmakers, journalists and some of the company's managers – numerous aspects of the problem, and tries to learn why state gave up on "Avala Film".
