During winter on a remote island a strange creature appears. Whoever comes into contact with it loses his mind and the locals become increasingly absent minded. They ask for help from a strange little girl that seems to be the only person capable of dealing with the creature and start to organize themselves against it. But as the battle becomes more intense we discover well hidden secrets beneath the surface. The creature starts behaving like a human while the young girl behaves ever more outrageously and absurdly.
