A little before he receives his grandfather, who is arriving from Istanbul, an astrophysicist recollects his childhood in Constantinople: his life there, his family, friends and childhood love. In the end, he goes there himself, since his grandfather becomes seriously ill. Now, he has a chance to come face to face with his past and memories, revisiting the scenes of his childhood years.
