Pigeon is the story of a youngster, Yusuf, who is a slum dweller in Adana. Breeding numerous pigeons with great passion at the roof of their house, Yusuf creates an isolated enviroment for himself and has weak interaction with the outer world. One day, he sees Gülfem and falls in love with her. He inclines away from his birds and since then he has to face the facts of his life. Pigeon narrates a story about a youngster who tries to make an isolated life for himself. But will the difficulties and necessities of our culture and time let an individual live in an isolated world of his own? |
