Yota Argyropoulou was born in Athens, Greece and studied acting at Goldsmiths College (University of London) and history of art at East London Univeristy. She has performed in various theatre plays in England, Spain, Italy and Greece appearing in classical plays such as in Shakespeare"s Hamlet (Ophelia), Strindberg"s The Storm (Gerda), in modern texts as Martin Crimp"s Attempts on her life and in performances as An Oak Tree directed by Tim Crouch, among others. She is the co-founder of the theatre group blindspot with which she has performed and contributed artistically in three performances: The Fall, Parklife and X-Tokio. |
