The 1937 Berčić started studying law, and graduated from the University of Zagreb. He graduated from the film High School in Belgrade , for several years he was a director of the National Theatre in Split, having performances in Rijeka and Zadar theater. He was an active participant in the anti-fascist struggle in World War II. As a lawyer after the war, he worked as an investigator in the court, proceeding against the Ustasha lieutenant Mile Budak and President John Vidnjević martial law. After that, he leaves the military legalese work and dedicates himself to the film and theater arts, and also writing books. He has filmed documentaries, one feature film, wrote screenplays and assisted in shooting film works of other directors. |
