Valentin Andrei was born on april the 7th 1956 in Bucharest, Romania. He studied photography between 1978-1982 and graduated Architecture in 1989.

He works in the Cinema industry since 1999 as designer and art director.

In 2006 he wrote the script for DramaKarma and had the opportunity to start it"s production by his own means. In 2012, he accomplished the production.

DramaKarma is his first feature as a film director.
