Arcadi"s Perventsev first report, as well as the Russian civil war novel describing the Kotšubei appeared in 1937. During the Second World War,Perventsev worked for Izvestia correspondent in the war. In 1950, he joined the Soviet Communist Party of GDP. Since 1958, he served as the Russian SFSR , and since 1971 the Soviet Writers" Union Board of Directors.
