Silvia Panáková set up the independent production company ARINA with her husband Erik Panák in 2004 a year after graduating from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Since then, she has produced films by such filmmakers as Ivan Vojnár, Juraj Herz, Peter Dimitrov, Petr Oukropec and Andrea Sedlácková. Named an International Young Screen Entrepreneur by the British Council in 2010, Silvia is now working on Oukropec's new feature IN YOUR DREAMS and developing projects by Ivo Trajkov and Ivan Fila.
