Aleksandra Niemczyk holds a Master of Art degree in fine arts from the European Academy of Art in Warsaw 2001, further film studies at the New York Film School 2007. She works with various media, but regardless the technique, her visual language is abstract, full of metaphors and overlapping layers. Her works have received very positive response from the audience, art critics and collectors. In 2006 she was nominated to the Carnegie Art Award.
