I have worked in various areas from pre-production to post-production in the field of TV and Film, in Greece, UK and the Czech Republic. I studied film in Greece and in 2008 I graduated the MA Film course at the International Film School in Wales with the short film MARI which won several awards. In 2008 I participated in the 6th Berlinale Talent Campus. In 2009 I did an apprenticeship at Taskovski Films, a film sales agency were I gained insight in the acquisition and distribution process of films. In 2010 I worked as i cinematographer for a Greek TV series and also produced commercials for small businesses. During the same year I participated in the screenwriting workshop NISI MASA European Short Pitch. That was also the period when I started producing and directing the feature documentary “The Immortals at the southern point of Europe” which was completed in 2013. It made its world premiere in the Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival and its International premiere at the Atlanta Philosophy Film Festival. I am currently working on the development and pre-production of a documentary and a fiction project. |
