Dimos Theos was a graduate of Stavrakos School of Cinema, and started his carrier as an assistant director and production manager, while he got involved with theater as well. Growing up during the Greek civil war, Theos` films are powered by death as well as the unite of time between past and present. He made his first directing attempt in 1963 with the collaboration of Fotos Lambrinos with the short documentary One Hundred Hours of May. Since then Theos directed another four films, all of them distinguished in international film festivals. |
