Nikos Papadimitriou was born in Athens in 1960. He graduated High School and studied Electronics and Sound Recording.

From 1981 to 1989 he worked as a boomman in 32 feature films, 11 tv series and one tv movie.(35mm, 16mm, sp 16 mm, video – Beta )

Since 1989 he has worked as a sound engineer in 40feature films, 18 documentaries, 29short films, 7 tv movies, 11 tv series and more than 75 commercials (35mm, 16mm, sp 16 mm, video – Beta D, DV-C Pro 50 - ΗD) He has been till now awarded many times and he remains one of the most acclaimed sound recordist in Greece.
