Lazar Ristovski was born in Yugoslavia in October 26, 1952.
After finishing Teachers High School, he graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts of the University of Belgrade. As an actor,
he has appeared on stage about 4000 times.
He has also played in over 40 films, TV series and TV dramas, mostly in lead roles. He played a leading role in "Underground", by Emir Kusturica, winner of Golden Palm at Cannes 1995. He directed the film “The White Suit” which was premiered in Cannes in 1999 within the “Critic’s Week” program. Lazar Ristovski is the sole owner of Zillion Film Company |
