Ismail Karadaş began to work at Acar Film as a sound assistant in 1966. Between 1975-1992, he worked at Turkish Press Agent as a Sound Engineer and Technical Director. Decided to become a freelancer in 1995 and since then he worked in a multitude of Turkish films as a Sound Engineer . His credits as a Sound Engineer include mostly the younger generation directors like Tolga Örnek, Derviş Zaim, Semih Kaplanoglu, Zeki Demirkubuz and Nuri Bilge Ceylan. Received the Best Sound Award at Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival in 2003 with the film "Angel's Fall" by Semih Kaplanoglu. |
