Timur Selcuk, born in Istanbul, is a pianist, music singer and composer. He is the son of the acclaimed Turkish composer Münir Nurettin Selçuk.
After his studies at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, he returned to Istanbul and became a pioneer of the political composers in Turkey.
