Raşit Çelikezer was born in Izmir in 1969.
Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts Cinema-TV major graduate.
With the short films he has written and directed, has attended many national and international festivals. He has shot over 300 episodes to National Private TV channels with 12 different series. His first feature film "Three Apples Fell From the Sky" won 8 prizes in total. His plays were put on the stage by National State and Private Theatres.
His plays were published by Mitos-Boyut Theatre Publishing in 6 different books.
