Chronis Pechlivanidis was born in 1963 in Serres, Greece. He studied fine arts and cinematography at L`'Ecole Nationale Superieure d`Art (ENSA) Dijon, France.
In 1990 he founded the documentary production comany F64. Between 1994-1998 he collaborated with many Greek television networks, producing documentaries in contact with war correspondents around the world. In 1996 Chronis Pechlivanidis founded Onos Productions.
