Vladislava Vojnovic was born in Bela Crkva, Voijvodina (Yugoslavia) in 1965. She studied sociology at the Belgrade University. She graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade (department of Drama).
 She has published film reviews, articles on culture, poems, stories and translations of poetry in newspapers, magazines and books. She has worked as scriptwriter and producer for cinema, television and radio.
