Milan Spasic was born in 1945 in Belgrade, Serbia (Yugoslavia). He graduated at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts of the Belgrade University. He works as professional cinematographer since 1964. He is member of the European Film Academy. In 2005 he made his directorial debut with the film Love Stars.
