Yannis Rouboulias (aka Rubus) was born in 1982 in Athens. He graduated from the School of Illustration and Graphic Arts of Spyros Ornerakis in 2007. He worked in To Vima newspaper as an illustrator-caricaturist. Creator, artist and writer of the sword and sorcery comic series Dragonphoenix Chronicles, has won 5 Comicdom Awards  and won the contest of 24 hour comic day  for 3 years in a row. He has illustrated covers for books, records and comics. Yannis has been into writing and acting since 2005,and has participated in various short and feature films.
