Delyana Maneva graduated from the New Bulgarian University in the specialty Theater Directing and in the Master Program “Principles of Theater Research”. At the moment she is a PhD student and lecturer in the New Bulgarian University. As theatrical producer, she has put up texts of Harold Pinter, August Strindberg, Paul Auster, Peter Turrini, Werner Schwab, etc. Her tales, poems and articles have been published in periodical newspapers. Her last author project, “The Bomb within My Head”, based on texts of M. Frain and T.S. Eliot, was put up in Canterbury, Great Britain at the “Theatre and Beyond” festival. The project had won the national awards for dramaturgy Ivan Radoev.
