After graduating Journalism in 2004 and Masters on Media Studies in Frankfurt/ Sofia, Laura worked for German and Swiss publications and media agencies. She made social and cultural reports for the Romanian National Television. For several years she has been working as assistant director for documentaries. Here… I mean there has been developed in ExOriente and EURODOC (Romania) and has been selected for the IDFA Summer School 2010. She received several awards for her media report on the topic of left behind minors: a.o. Media-Award of Kindernothilfe, Germany for “Die elternlose Generation”.
